Dormatech Mechanical Systems, Inc. are members of the Local UA 342, UA 343, UA 393, UA 467, and UA 38. Located 30 minutes North of San Francisco, we are please to service all of Northern California. We offer full Service, Repair, Preventative and Corrective Maintenance on all major brands of Commercial and Industrial HVAC. In addition, we offer New Commercial Construction Installations including Duct Work. Our Team consist of High-Quality Certified Technicians and Professional Office Staff who are ready to assist you with your HVAC needs.

Company Qualifications
Our Team has over 100 years of combined experience in the HVAC Industry. As members of Local UA 342, UA 343, UA 393, UA 467 and UA 38 our team has undergone an extensive HVAC apprenticeship, training and education which includes, but are not limited to, UA STAR Mastery Certification. Additional certifications include NFPA 70E Low Voltage, OSHA 10 Construction Health and Safety, Title 24 and ISNetworld Compliant.

- Carrier: 30 GX/HX Chillers (Air and Water Cooled Screw), Centrifugal Chillers: 19D Series (Low Pressure), 19EA,EB, EX, FA, XL,XR, (High Pressure) 17 Series (Open Drive), 16 Series Absorption Chillers.
- York: YT (Low Pressure) and YK (High Pressure) Centrifugal Chillers. YS (Screw) Air Cooled Scroll and Screw Chillers. Single and Two Stage Absorption Chillers (steam, hot water and direct fire).
- Trane: Centrifugal Chillers: CVHE, CVHF and CVDF. Screw Chillers: LS, RTAA, RTHA, RTHB, RTAC, RTHC, RTHD, RTUA. Single and Two Stage Absorption Chillers and CGAM Scroll Chillers.
